Hours
& Days:
7:00am-5:30pm from September
to September. Calendars go home at the end of each month for the forthcoming month.
Registration:
All
children must be pre-registered for Seeds of Wisdom Early Development
Center.
Registrations will be processed according to the date the
registration was received. A child is formally enrolled in the
program when:
1. A
completed and signed registration forms is returned to Seeds of
Wisdom, including immunization record.
State
law requires an immunization form, including dates, on each child.
This form should be included with the registration.
Children will
not be admitted to the program without this form on file.
2. The
non-refundable registration fee is paid.
Authorization
to Pick Up Children:
For
your child’s protection, only those persons authorized on your
registration form will be allowed to pick up your child at the end of
the day. If you wish anyone other than those listed to pick up your
child, the program staff must have the direction in writing prior to
the pick up. A phone call will be accepted only in the event of a
last-minute change or emergency.
Health
Needs:
To
avoid infecting others, children with the following symptoms
may not attend: Fever (100+degrees), vomiting, diarrhea, severe cold or flu,
undiagnosed rash, sore throat, or inflamed or matted eyes. If
your child becomes ill during the day, you will be called to pick
your child up as soon as possible. If you cannot be reached, we will
contact a person authorized to pick up your child.
Medication:
All
medications to be administered by our staff must, by law:
• Must
be in the original prescription bottle;
• Must
have updated health information on file.
